my dog has been acting funny for a bout a week not her self she was in heat and she got stuck but another dog and now today she throwed up her food what can i do

Please get her spayed right away so she will not have puppies. When a dog has been vomiting she really needs to be examined by a veterinarian. What you can do is to seek professional care as soon as possible. the "acting funny" could be from the pregnancy, or from the heat. I am not clear on your timeline.
