Pets from South-Africa to Sweden

Question
We are moving from South-Africa to Sweden. Do my 2 cats and Scottish Terrier really have to spend 120 days in quarantine, even with the required vaccinations, chip, certification, etc?

I do believe your pets will need the blood titre tests and a wait of
3-4 months.  You may avoid actual quarantine.
The best advice I can give you is to visit:  www.ipata.com  
There is a pet shipper in Sweden, and several in ZA who can best
address this issue.  No one in USA or elsewhere can give you the best
info.  Wish I could
Be VERY careful and do NOT contract with some 3rd party pet shipper
who will just steal your money.
