traveling to the Czech Republic

Hello, I am planning to travel to the Czech Republic this summer. I would love to take my dog with me. Can you please tell me what paperwork, vaccinations and certificates do I need? I will travel from the USA and change planes in Amsterdam. Thank you, Jana

Thanks for your inquiry.  You can find all of the import requirements and paperwork requirements for the Czech Republic on our website by going here:

If you are only changing planes and not airlines (I'm guessing you're flying KLM?) then you will not have to fulfill any of the import requirements for Amsterdam as it will  only be considered a transit.
