I am moving from Europe, EU, country to U.S.
I would like to know what are the regulations for bringing in a Preso Canario, to the U.S

You could make it a bit easier by naming the country you are in!!!
Check with U.S. embassy or consulate near you.  Also check the
airline you plan to travel on.
Should be no problem entering USA, but you would in some other
countries.  If you need to transit other countries on the way to
USA, possible problem.

p.s.  I should have added that for entry into USA, normally, only
a health cert issued within 10 days of travel, and a valid rabies
vaccination are required
