moving from Australia to Canada

Hi there,
       I am hoping to move to Canada in a few years , however I have a pet carpet python (australian species) which I do not want to leave behind. What are my chances of being able to take it with me?

This is far from my expertise.
First, try contacting a Canadian Embassy or Consulate near you.
Ask for their govt office in Canada that handles import of wildlife
etc.  Try contacting a Canadian customs office near where you will
move to.
