Pink Worms in Tank

I have noticed these pink worms that are living in my gravel. I believe them must have got into the tank from the live rock. I am wondering if these are a hazard to my tank and if so how do I get rid of them.

hi jessica, they are probably bristle worms and are nothing to worry about at all. they are good for your tank and eat all the leftover food and waste, make sure you dont touch them as they have nasty little spines all over them.

look up bristle worms on google and see if the picture matches what you have in your tank.
