Answer
Hi Ashish,

Good question:

Barnacles will not harm your aquarium fish.

The only harm that could potentially be caused from them, would be if you accidentally brushed your hand or arm against them while cleaning your aquarium.

Barnacles are a type of arthropod, relating to crabs and lobsters. They can make a nice addition to an aquarium, as long as they don't overcrowd an aquarium too much. They are suspension feeders, and will pop out modified hands to collect micro sized detritus bits / plankton from the water to feed on. These feathery appendages beat rhythmically to draw plankton and detritus into the shell for consumption.
