bugs in fish tank

I have a 55 gallon fish tank with a clown loach, pleco, and texas cichlid. Anyway, i noticed there were hundreds of little round bugs all over the glass, gravel, and walking around the air stone. I cleaned out the tank real good and that seamed to help get rid of most of them but now a month later they are all back. what are these things and how do you get rid of them? they look to be a brownish color and they are tiny and round.

These worms you are describing sound like fish lice. They can cause great distress to your fish so you must medicate as soon as possible. I would use a medication called Dimilin this is usually effective for this kind of problem.
