Tiger Barb has blood patches.

Question
I just bought Tiger Barbs (6) 2 male 4 female. I have a 75 gal tank. 1 male and 1 female have bloods spots on both sides of their bodies near the gills. I know Tiger barbs can be aggressive. Is this normal, and will it heal? I have products that help coat their bodies in slime and heal them. The levels in the tank are ok. None of my other fish are showing these spots. I have 6 zebra danio's and 3 Iridescent Sharks. Could this be the barbs fighting or should I be on the lookout for something more major. I am hoping to catch whatever is wrong before they die. Thanks.

if its just the gills, its gill disease, and you will need medicine. If theres blood patches allover the body, its hemorrhagic septicemia, which also needs meds
