white looking worms on glass

What type of parisite looks like small white worms.
I just noticed this afternoon.

Worms are a bad issue. They can attach to fish and kill them. If its a small tank, as in 20g or under, take everything out and clean it with a 20:1 water to bleach solution. If its a big tank, 25- infinite gallons, do a huge water change and use parasite medicine to kill them. Net out as many as possible and dispose of them IN THE GARBAGE. If they are flushed in the toilet, it harms the eco-system.
