freshwater itch on angelfish

2 weeks ago my boyfriend gave me an angel fish to put in my 20 gallon tank where I have more fish but now he is sick with white sparkles in his face he's not moving to much an I'm worry it is Sunday and don't know what to do.Please tell me something that I can do tonight.I heard that adding salt and increasing the temperature to 90 is good.Please help me.

i got your feedback, and  find it rude for that to be your answer.... i researched so that i can help you and you gave me a bad rating... i gave you all the solutions also i mean comon, what i told you the salt is good, i told you to get ich medicine,a nd i told you that you should check the ph and the ammonia and make sure that they are at a good level for your fish so i am really disapointed that you were stubborn enough to say that i didnt help you
