problem with parrot fish

my parrot fish has a bubble comming out of what appears to me to be his butt.the fish acts and looks healthy except for the bubble.it has been growing over the past couple of weeks.its about the size of a pea and is clear

It's really hard to say what it could be for sure but a fluid-filled cyst is likely because it's clear. There isn't much you can do about it anyway. Since he is eating and acting well it is probably not infection so that's good news at least. Most cysts just spontaneously clear up on their own.
