puffer

i have a puffer fish that is very still and just sits in the grass that i have for my baby guppys. do they eat something speciel or is he sick.

hi Ida: ... yes your puffer eats things that are special... like baby guppies... if he is in with any other fish that he can catch he will eat it.  He is probably lying in wait for  your guppies to come close and then he is going to make a snack of them.... puffers are very aggressive and should not be kept with fish that are slower then they are.... sorry ... but you will need to separate your puffer from your baby and full grown guppies.... dave
