Freshwater aquarium-catfish

I have had a catfish for quite a long time and it has been a nice brown color, I noticed today that it is very bright yellow on the mouth and on the body, is this how they go or is it sick.

Interesting catfish! I don't know what species he is so I can't really say what is normal for him but I can tell you that if he is still eating and doesn't have clamped fins, heavy breathing, or all over pale color then he probably isn't sick. And its a natural color change due to his mood or environmental conditions.

Could you send a picture of him? I'd be curious to see what he looks like.
