Angelfish and Water Movement

Question
Hi there. I have a question regarding angels and water movement.

In a newly acquired 55 gallon tank, I'm thinking about setting up a powerhead to aid with oxygenation. Would this be advisable with angels, though they prefer slow currents? Could I just point the powerhead close to one of the sides of my tank, as to not disturb the water too much, but at the same time have the oxygenation factor in there?

Any extra advice with this would be very helpful. Thanks!

Answer
Hi Alex,
Yes I think you have a great idea with the powerhead redirecting and all. It should work out well!  you could also use some floating plants (fake most likely) to help further slow some current too. Plus fish like angels love floating plants.

What other tankmates are you adding with the angels?

Best of luck!
Karen~
