stocking my new 260 liter aquarium

Question
Hi, my name is Devon, and my new 260 liter aquarium will be ready for fish soon. I have live plants in the aquarium. A big log with caves in it. I have a aquis advanced 1250 filter.  A three hundred watt heater, and appropriate lighting. I wanted to know if 4 angel fish, one male and one female pearl gourami, 5 dwarf ram cichlids, would be too much for the size of aquarium I have. Keep in mind I have a plec, two clown loaches, and one red tailed shark that I am moving into it from my other aquarium as well.  I've also considered some harlequin rasboras and rosy barbs as well.  I just don't want to over stock it, as that's what I did with my first aquarium.  It was frustrating because I lost fish until I got it right.

Answer
Hello Devon,

That is alot more than that tank can handle. You should literally cut the stock in half and keep that for now. also you should wait awhile before introducing new fish into the tank because the old fish that you are moving to that tank could be territorial and they need some time to adjust. However there has been alot of sucessful tanks that have more than recomended amount of fish. I think the tank would be fine if you added one at a time.
