dropped betta

I was changing my betta's water and he flopped out onto the floor from my washing machine. Is there anything I can do to to keep him from dieing?

Hi Sherrie,
 If you put him back in the tank, he should be fine.  They are quite tough.  He might not eat for a few days but after that he should be okay.
