Question
i have a black moore and iv had it for about a month and a half and about a week ago i noticed that it had a white spot on the top of its body, today this afternoon, i found it half dead (floating sideways and breathing) but the white spot  is now covering half of its body and its fins look weak. what went wrong!?

Answer
I had this problem recently but luckly i saved him. There is the possiblity it may have ick. Ick is a common desease in fish. It is white spots that cover the body of the fish. Causing it to die if not treated. My black moor is in a pond and we've found that pond salt helps to cure the fish of such things.
