possible seziure

my tiger barb seems to be fighting to swim downwards hes floating to the toop of the tank w/o control. the other fish aare fine.

Hi Daunte,
 Unfortunately that sounds like he is having a problem with his swim bladder.  The swim bladder is the organ that many fish have that help them regulate bouyancy. Sadly, problems with the swim bladder are very difficult to treat and I don't know of any remedy to help your fish. Sorry.
