pop eye and swollen belly gold severum

hi!
 my 5" gold severum has developed abnormally swollen belly for past one week. Now it has stopped eating and its eyes are also popped out. my 55gallon cichlid tank has 3 internal filters which collectively pump 1000 gallon per hour. also I do a thorough gravel vacuum every week along with a 40% water change. ANY HELP REGARDING MY SICK SEVERUM WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Hi Sudhir,
 That seems very peculiar given the extent of cleaning and filtration that you are doing.  Are there other fishes in the tank that might be attacking your severum?
