Question
My two budgies are always scared of objects. I want them to be like those tame budgies that never fly out of your hands, and that are very curious about everything. How can I teach my budgies not to be fearful?

Answer
The only way to teach them to not be afraid is to get them used to what they're afraid of.  For instance with hand taming, you get them used to your hand and they get over their fear of it.  Sheltering them from what they are afraid of will only make the problem continue.  Try talking to them when they are exposed to something frightening.  This will help them stay calm and reassure them that they aren't being threatened.  How old are the budgies?  Generally it's easier to get younger budgies used to things because they're more curious and adjust to things faster.

Sorry I can't be of more help.
