Is a bosal better than a snaffle bit?

Hi William, absolutely a Bosal is much better than a Snaffle.  That is from the horse's point of view.  Some may say that you get or have more control from a snaffle, I would have to disagree.  I think metal in a horse's mouth is a cheat, a short cut and a way to cover up the riders ability to ride and understand a horse.  Check out my web site and I have a tab on Bosals and Hackamores.  This will clear up a lot of your concerns.  Thanks from you horse for at least trying to learn more and get him in a more natural head gear and get rid of the metal in his mouth.
