Question
I had sent you some previous questions about my mare and I am confused about your answers. I feel like you are just throwing out blanket insults and not really addressing the problem. When I said I got off of her out on the trail and walked her back I was not afraid of her. I just wanted to get her out of the state of mind she was in. I feel like if you stay on your horse and ride them in that state it becomes a learned behavior. What I was really wanting was a step by step what to do and why it works. If I did not have good timing with my release and reward I would not have been able to break her from being head shy, pulling back, biting, rearing and bucking. When I say the clinics I have been to have not helped much is that I spent 2 days learning to get her to bend. She does bend and walks shoulder in and out off lead with hand signals and I have taught her many tricks. So why the hostility toward people who are asking for your advise.

Answer
Not sure what you are talking about, I answer questions from the information provided.  I speak from the horse's point of view.  I don't sugar coat or try to make people feel good or bad, I state what I have seen, what I have experienced and what I think the problem might be from what I am told.  Not too many people do this since they get tired of people getting mad, upset, reading things into it and taking it personally.  If you don't like my advice then ignore it, if you don't like my answers ask someone else.  I understand horse very well and give the best answer I can with the information I get.  Most horses problems are people problems, plain and simple, so when I tell people this they get mad at me.  If you don't have a horse question, please write someone else with you personal evaluations.
