Question
Is it common for Show Jumpers to go bitless with thare horses?

Answer
Hello Holly. No it's not very common for Show Jumpers to ride in a hackamore (I believe this is what you mean by going bitless). It's most common that you will see a jumper in a snaffel bit and sometimes a phelam or kimberwick. As far as I know it's agianst all regulations for a horse to be shown in a hackamore however there may be a few acceptions that I have never heard of. This is depending on the rules and regulations where you live and are showing.
