Answer
Vomiting is a common side effect of cefazolin. It is also not approved for animal use, but is often used as an 'extra label' product. ( http://www.petplace.com/drug-library/cefazolin-kefzol-ancef/page1.aspx )

I am not a vet and cannot comment on the medications, especially since there is no info here about size, condition, basic cares, etc.

Tearing eyes is most often a symptom of dehydration. Since antibiotics often cause diarrhea, dehydration is a common side-effect. Dehydration is also just a common problem in most captive tortoises. You can verify dehydration by taking the tortoise's length in centimeters, cube it, multiply by 0.191, and you'll get the expected minimum weight in grams.

In Red-foots, the best solution to dehydration is to combine high humidity hides and moist foods.
