baking times for veiled chamaeleons

hi pam i have a4ft by 2ft cage and im using a 160 watt sunglo bulb and i just need to know how long i should set my timer for to get the maximum benefit for "Bob" my beautiful veiled chamaeleon that is approximately 1.5 years old.  thanks for your time and u are greatly appreciated.

 I generally set timers to sort of following the sun.  It is summer here so timers are set for 14 hours on and 10 off.  Spring and autumn, they are changed to 12/12, and winter is 10 on and 14 off.  I find that more natural and and better for the animals' circadian cycles.
