How much do rabbit poop?

Question
We adopted a 7 week old mini rex two weeks ago.  So far she seems wonderfully healthy, happy, active, affectionate and very friendly.  My question is "how much does a rabbit poop daily?"  We keep her bowl full of feed and her hay rack with timothy hay - we add food 3 times a day.  And she has plenty of fresh water and is drinking well. And she is definately growing. We are not feeding her fresh fruits or vegs yet because of the books we read say to wait til 3-4 months old before introducing these foods.  She started using her litter box on day 2 to pee, but doesn't use it to poop yet.  She is walked on a leash in the yard twice a day.  She has supervised run of the yard once a day when cool to run and play without her leash.  She also has run of the house 2-3 times a day for about 30 minutes to play with the kids and never poops or pees when out of her cage.  We counted today the poop pellets in her cage from just today and counted over 120.  Is this normal?  We pick up the  poop pellets in her cage twice a day and put them in her litter box hoping she will get the message.  Her litter box is changed every night at bedtime.  Just wanted to know how much a rabbit should be pooping.  We thought it was excessive.

Answer
As long as the poop is round and hard, the quantity isn't really important (unless of course nothing is coming out).

This rabbit is still a baby, she may not quite get the litterbox concept for a while.  It's great she doesn't go outside the cage, some rabbits never grasp that concept either.
