Question
Must they always be on the fur that the mother rabbit has pulled out from her body? One came out of the nest, the others wriggling  and kicking in the fur, too much fur.Oh, will they suffocate in the fur? Can we put the male rabbit back once the rabbits are about 3 weeks old?

Answer
Yes. That fur keeps them warm. Put any babies that come out of the nest back in. The wriggle and kick trying to get mom to feed them, and because they are blind when you touch them they think they are being fed by mom. They will not suffocate in the fur.
Do not put them male back in unless you want more babies. The babies the female has now will need to be separated from her once they get 6-8 weeks old. The male can never go back in with a female that has babies of any age.
