bunny with white thick discharge from eyes

My lion head bunny has thick white discharge from both eyes and is making a raspy sound and seems to be opening his mouth to breath.  We recently moved him outside. Did that cause him to get sick? And what do you think the problem is? What do I need to do to make him better?

hi Becky normally a white discharge is conjunctivitis caused by being in a draughty place
it can be cured by buying some cream from the chemist and applying to the eyes.
the sound may be a chest infection so i would advise getting a vet to check it over.
it is ok to have them outside but in a warm environment.
