Zoning for pot belly pig

Hi there,
I can't find out for the life of me, whether or not Philadelphia has zoning laws against owning a companion pig. Or if I could obtain special permission if for some reason they do. I live in the far NE and in a big house with a big yard that would be perfect for an indoor pig, but I am afraid to get one until I know I could keep it without any issues arising.
