Do you know if i can buy a mix of cereals and which cereals I could buy so i can avpid buying the fattening pig food?

Answer
Hello,
You have the same problem that a lot of Pot Bellied Pig owners have.  The preprepared PBP feeds are not always appropriate for all PBP's.
I feed a basic wet cob that is meant to be fed to Horses, cow, goats and swine.
If you will write to me I will give you some brand names.
This is a basic feed and only supplies the their basic needs.
Along with this I give a Vit/Mineral supplement which gives them everything they need to be health without all the calories.
I have found that Patty Sorensen has a wonderful supplement on her Royal Dandie product page.  It is the best I have found and is very concentrated so it goes a long way.
Pigs that are over weight should not graze on grass as that adds a lot of unwanted calories also.
You can find the supplement at royaldandie.com.
I hope this helps.
Patty
