QUESTION: IS IT TRUE THE WICK GROWS WITH THE HOOVES? MY VET BUTCHERED HER HOOVES NOW ANTIBIOTICS, PAIN MEDS, SEDATION BIG BUCKS FOR A $25.00 JOB
WHAT IF I JUST LET THEM GROW SHE IS 14 MONTH F pbp TEACUP??
WILL THEY STOP GROWING AT 3?
SHE IS 39 LBS EATS 10% SWEET FEED TWICE A DAY 1/2 CUP STILL GROWING I THINK TEACUP MIGHT BE A CROCK??

Sorry you are having problems.
Her hooves will keep growing her entire life.
The best way to keep them at a minimum is to walk her on pavement or gravel daily.  You can also put sand paper or roofing down where she eats and drinks.  She will wear her hoofs down naturally.

That is a tough question to answer.  I would nee to see a picture of her to see her weight in proportion to her height and length.
