sores on rats foot

Hi,I have noticed big red bumps on the back of my rats foot and i think its  called Bumblefoot and its from wire cages but i covered most of the wore with towels and such but i wanted to take him to the vet but my mom is way to busy and cant call the vet, so im looking for something i can get easily and use at home please help =)

In any case, he needs to see the vet as soon as possible. Until then, just keep the sores clean so they don't get infected.
