I wanted to thank you.  You answered one of my questions when I went to your already answered questions about my rat Remy's sore foot.  I have two large rats named Remy and Emil.  I got Remy when I was at the animal hospital.  He was a feeder rat.  The woman had a sick snake and the snake would not eat Remy.  She left him at the hospital and told the doctors to kill him etc.  I took him then bought him his friend Emil.  They are very good together and in general.  I keep them on my bed all day. They don't jump off.  I feel bad for them.  Is there anything I can do while I'm at work to make their day not so boring.  Leaving toys, ect.  Thank you

Toys are great, as well as hiding some treats here and there.. I'd suggest investing in some sturdy wooden and hard plastic bird toys (no strings or anything like that) for them to mess with. Any toys sold as rat-toys are pretty neat also. If you google "homemade rat toys" you'll find a bunch of suggestions also. Good luck and have fun with it! :)
