First choice is Dr.Messenger at Fisherville. Its about 50 minutes but worth the drive for good care. They also sell the rat food I highly recommend which is regal rat by oxbow!
Also when checking, I would ask each facility if they have the capability of keeping the rats overnight like after surgery or if they need oxygen etc...
