Urgent Mystery Condition !!!!!!!

Please can someone help me
I have a male dumbo rat which I have had from a kit
He is very unsteady on his feed wases ok runs around slower than usual his back legs and front look different
He deperatly wants to eat and drink and trys chewing things but physically cant

Also I have noticed him jolting forward or straining doing a strange move repeatidly

I am feeding him baby food and wysoy
He is on baytril and tramadol at present and has has a steriod and multi vitamin jab

No one can put an answer to this PLEASE PLEASE HELP

Your rat possibly has a pituitary tumor which is on the base of the brain.  If he cannot use his front paws to grasp food and cannot chew and swallow and the odd position he is taking all points to a pituitary tumor.
