training treats

can you please tell me what to use as a traing treat for my african grey. I am now beginning training. But I need a treat that is very small... Thank You

De-hulled (unshelled) sunflower seeds work well as treats. Or unsalted, unshelled peanut (or peanut bits). These items are high in fat and aren't very good for birds, but they work well as training treats- because the birds love 'em! :)
