differences in colors of parrots.

I need to know what kind of a bird I have. It was a gift but I dont know if It is a he/she. I want to know the type of parrot it is, it's peach face with lime green chest,and a darker green on it's wings. It also has turquoise all on its back and at the end of its tail it has orange,black,and green at the tips of the tail. It also has a greenish yellow beak. Can you please tell me what kind of a parrot it is.

Hi Estella,

Until you described the color of the tail, I was going to say a peach faced lovebird... but they usually have green tails.

How big is the bird (small like lovebirds and parakeets, medium like conures, or large like cockatoos and african greys or amazons)?

Does it have a long, slender tail... or a short one?
