Death of a Love Bird

Hi, my love birds have been together for about 7 years and one of them just died, is it best to get a companion for him straight away or do I need to wait.  Thank you for your help.

I am sorry to hear you've lost one of your lovies htey are such sweet little birds. I would just get another baby and place him or her in a seperate cage beside the older one for a few weeks and then try putting them together.
