Hello, I want to know whether I can keep my Moustached parrot in an air conditioner room ? Please reply.

Answer
As long as there is no direct draft on the bird and as long as the room temp remains no lower than in the 70's - bird should be ok.
 If you notice the bird fluffs quite a bit and remains that way almost constantly - it's too cold and the bird is uncomfortable, prone to health problems.
 
It's nice you care this much - sounds like you're doing a good job.
