What type of parrot do I have?

I just recently got a bird a parrot. It's head is colored black. The rest of his head is green with blue feathers on his tail. Can you help me and let me know a little about it's type.

I am sorry that it took so long for me to answer you, but I had computer problems that are hopefully resolved now.
How big is your new friend?  You may have a Black Capped Conure, but without actually seeing the bird, it's difficult to tell.
