QUESTION: Everything else appears to be normal-the only other change is she gets out her stand frequently and comes looking for me

Answer
As long as you're sure all other behaviors and physical condition are ok, this sounds like she's feeling her mating instincts.  The 'baby' noises are sometimes employed by birds to encourage their mate to feed them, which is a nurturing part of the bonding.
I'd keep an eye on her though and always feel better with a clean bill of health from the vet.  In this case I'd opt for a crop and vent sampling and culture to rule out any yeast/fungus infection or other condition.
Then, when it all comes back clean, modifying her sleep hours (increasing by 1/2 to 1 hour) and other steps to discourage it before you end up with an egg layer.  Egg laying is not healthy for a bird.
