quaker parrot and cockatiel

Question
is it possible for a quaker parrot and a cockatiel to breed? if so what would come of this.

Answer
No, it's not possible for these two different species to successfully breed.  The only thing they have in common is that they're both birds and given this similarity they may bond enough to go through the motions.  I saw a cockatiel and a parakeet that had been housed together for years, 'mate'.  The female 'tiel even laid eggs.  Obviously though, they were not, nor could they be fertile.
