8 year old African grey

i want to buy an African grey. and found one ,
however it is 8 years old already . and haven't been trained and iv been told that it had minimal human interaction the past 8 years. therefore it doesn't even speak
My question is that, will it be hard to get an 8 year old African grey into a household and train it, or would it be aggressive to the new surrounding, and will it have difficulty of speaking?!

If you are inexperience in training a parrot I would NOT recommend that you get one that hasn't had human interaction, that is like getting a bird that has been caught out of the wild and taming it down. I bet that one is much cheaper than a baby Grey and for good reason. I would go with one that knows basic step up commands.
