I never got my question answered so i decided to ask it again. lol! but my question was How can you tell if your pet mouse has a tumor in her head like on the right side?

I am sorry you didn't get an answer to your question sooner but it was not me.  I just became an expert about a week ago if that.

Well, if the tumor is large enough you will physically see a mass that can be small or large.  Some times they are soft, sometimes they are hard.  Some of them kind of hang away from the body and some look attached to the body under the skin.  Normally tumors go undiagnosed if they are not visible.  Do you see something or is your mouse just acting out of sorts?

Another way to tell if your mouse has a tumor that is not visible on their brain is they tend to just move in circles due to the pressure the tumor is causing, but if your mouse is just circling there could be many reasons for circling behavior besides a brain tumor.

The best way to tell if your mouse has a tumor is to have your vet take a look.  I know vets can be very expensive but it's the best advice that could be given.  There are tests and also radiographs that can be done by a vet that can let you know for sure if your mouse has a tumor.
