my pet mouse is sick

i dont know hwat is wrong with him. he is acting slow and not runnig around much. his fur looks as if he hacn't been cleaning it and his eyes look slightly squinty. he eats and has been munching on toitet paper rolls we put i there for him to hide in. i keep him in a tub with the lid on, but there are lots of holes drilled in the top and cedar bedding. what is wrong with him?

It sounds like hes depressed because he is lonely. He really needs a buddy as mice are social creatures and need the company of other mice. Try to find a mouse around the same age and size and make sure his home is big enough. He may find the cedar irritating. Try changing it to wood shavings with no dust content.
