QuestionHello Tamarah,
I have 14 mice, and it used to be 15 just 3 hours ago. Brownie suddenly became calmer, weaker, and not eating/drinking within 3 nights. She passed today in her sleep. :(
I have read mice live 1-2 years, and she was 1 1/2 in human years. But by each human year, how old are mice in mouse years? I hear their hearts beat 300-500 times per minute.
Thanks a million,
Lydia
AnswerHi Lydia,
I don't think it quite corresponds like that, honestly. My best answer would be 46 human years, if one assumes the average lifespan of a mouse at 1.75 years and of a human at 80. Mouse lifespans vary wildly, however, based on how well their ancestors were bred, so I wouldn't take that too strictly.
Sorry about your loss! :(
