Mouse Poo

Hello, we have a mouse that seemed to be poo a clear jelly like substance about 5mm in diameter. She seems to want to sleep all the time too. We bought the two mice yesterday and the other one seems fine and is pooing more normal dark brown oval shaped poo and is lively. Both seem healthy looking when awake and have shiny fur and bright eyes!
Is this normal?

No, that doesn't sound like normal poo, but I'm not sure I'd worry about it just yet.  My first guess is stress.  Since you just brought them home, their sleeping habits are bound to be off.  They're likely eating different foods than when they were at the pet store, as well, which could cause weird looking poo.

I would watch them and their poos over the next few days and make sure that both eat and drink normally, and that both play.  Even if they appear to sleep differently, playing is a good sign of health and energy (as are shiny fur and bright eyes; good job on picking them out!).  Remember to check the sleepy mouse at night sometimes, too, in case she only wants to be up and playful when the lights are out.  If after a few days the poo still hasn't returned to normal, I would then call a vet and see about getting a professional's opinion.  If you do wind up taking her in to see a vet remember to bring both mice, since the one with the healthy poo was exposed to all of the same things (as well as to each other).

Hopefully it will return to normal pretty quickly!  :)
