QuestionI have a 1 year old mouse. She is VERY active and is eating fine. Every now and then she makes clicky noise and opens her mouth wide. Once I start playing with her or give her a treat she stops though.
Do you think it van be a respiratory infection? I wonder if maybe it is a cry of some sort because like I said she stops once I play with her.

That isn't common behavior. Mice do click/chatter when they have a respiratory infection, but they do not open their mouths. It sounds like she is having trouble breathing. She had better go to the vet quickly. I hope she is OK.
