My friend breeds mice

Dear Natasha,
It's been awhile so much has happened , Bandit (my poor little baby rat) died, my cat got pregnant and then lost her litter...now she's pregnant again, a friend of mine started breeding mice, and I literally now have a rat breeder on speed dial...so I'm getting a pair of male rats soon.
But my question is my friend is breeding mice...and I have no clue what to tell her...so any tips would be appreciated.

HI Jada,

I am sorry for Bandit. We just lost a very very special rat (whose brother is named Bandit).

I thought you were going to relax on the rats for a while since you can't afford vet care? When things go wrong you and they are stuck...

I don't ever recommend breeding mice (or rats) at home without genetic knowledge, training, and pedigreed animals. Could you tell her she shouldn't? Even if they are healthy, it is next to impossible to rehome all the males because they usually have to live alone.
